• Minimum of 2 years of CSR experience 

• Must pass a background check

• Previous Service Titan Experience 

• Previous Experience in Process Building

To build office processes and procedures and ensure they are implemented daily, to oversee all aspects of the office work, and to maximize the use of Service Titan to its fullest capacity, Service Titan experience is important but not mandatory for someone with great digital skills.
